Matthew Beaulieu is a Realtor with The Zoeller Group at Keller Williams Coastal & Lakes & Mountains Realty, serving buyers and sellers across Strafford County, Rockingham County, Hillsborough County, and Southern Maine. As a third-generation real estate professional, Matt brings a deep-rooted understanding of real estate development, investing, and sales, along with a strong commitment to relationships, reputation, and results.

Originally from Bedford, New Hampshire, Matt was immersed in the real estate world from an early age, gaining firsthand insight into what it takes to succeed in a competitive market. After graduating from the University of New Hampshire’s Paul College of Business & Economics, he joined forces with Mark Zoeller and The Zoeller Group in 2015 and has been helping clients navigate the market with confidence ever since. Licensed in both New Hampshire and Maine, Matt works with first-time buyers, move-up sellers, and investors, with a particular passion for identifying smart real estate opportunities.

Known for his clear communication, strong negotiation skills, and client-first approach, Matt focuses on making the buying or selling process smooth, strategic, and stress-free. His goal is to provide every client with a clear plan and the confidence to make the right decisions in today’s market.

Outside of real estate, Matt enjoys taking full advantage of New England’s four seasons. Whether he’s spending time at home with his fiancé, Kristina, traveling, or enjoying the outdoors with their two cats, he values balance, connection, and making the most of every moment.
