One of the best parts of summer in New Hampshire is the return of local farmers markets. From fresh-picked produce and homemade baked goods to local crafts and specialty products, these weekly markets offer a great way to support local businesses while enjoying the best our communities have to offer.

Whether you're a longtime resident or new to the area, here are some of the farmers markets happening around Rochester and the Seacoast in 2026.

Rochester Farmers' Market

Tuesdays | 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM
Rochester Community Center
150 Wakefield Street, Rochester

The Rochester Farmers' Market returns from mid-June through September 29, 2026. Visitors can browse fresh fruits and vegetables, locally made goods, baked treats, and more while supporting area farmers and artisans.

Rochester Harvest Market

Tuesdays in September | 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM
Rochester Elks
295 Columbus Avenue, Rochester

As the growing season reaches its peak, the Rochester Harvest Market offers an additional opportunity to shop for seasonal produce and local products throughout September.

Dover Farmers' Market

Wednesdays | 3:30 PM – 6:30 PM
June 3 – October 7, 2026

A favorite Seacoast destination, the Dover Farmers' Market features local vendors, live music, community activities, and a welcoming atmosphere for all ages.

Location Note: The market begins the season at Lower Henry Law Park before returning to Nebi Park later in the year. Be sure to check weekly updates before visiting.

Exeter Farmers' Market

Thursdays | 2:30 PM – 6:30 PM
(2:30 PM – 5:30 PM after October 1)

Running from May through October, Exeter's market offers a beautiful riverside setting and a wide selection of local produce, flowers, baked goods, and artisan products.

Portsmouth Farmers' Market

Saturdays | 8:00 AM – Noon
Municipal Complex Upper Lot
1 Junkins Avenue, Portsmouth

One of the Seacoast's largest markets, Portsmouth's Farmers' Market is a weekend tradition featuring dozens of local vendors offering everything from farm-fresh vegetables to handcrafted goods.

Durham Farmers' Market

Mondays | 2:30 PM – 6:00 PM

70 Main Street, Durham

Beginning June 1, 2026, the Durham Farmers' Market provides another excellent opportunity to shop local and enjoy fresh seasonal products each week.

Supporting Local Communities
