New Name, Same Commitment

The Zoeller Realty Group is now The Zoeller Group!

While this may seem like a minor change it is one that has taken months of careful planning, all to ensure that we remain in-line with our commitment to providing opportunity and forging life-long relationships through unparalleled results.

Over the last several years, a lot of conversation has been had surrounding consumer transparency in Real Estate. Across the country, states are passing legislation stating that teams can not use words like “Realty” in their names due to concern that it may lead to confusion about whether or not these teams are independent brokerages or affiliated with a brokerage. We are proudly affiliated with Keller Williams Coastal and Lakes & Mountains Realty and have been since 2012. While these changes have not yet been made in New Hampshire or Maine, we wanted to get ahead of it to ensure that we are 100% transparent with the public and our valued clients.

What does this mean for you? Very little, to be honest - we’ve reworked our name and logo slightly and over the coming days, you will notice new email addresses, updates to our social media pages and website and see our new signage in front of our listings! If you encounter any hiccups please let us know - We are human and despite our best efforts to plan for everything, there is a chance something may have been overlooked! And as always, we’re still here if you’d like to connect us with anyone you know who may be looking to buy, sell or invest in real estate.
