Administrative Assistant
Our support staff is the backbone of our team. In this role, you will experience a variety of aspects involved in a successful real estate business - from transaction management to relationship building to database management. The ideal candidate will have an affinity for detail, prefer a “behind the scenes” role and be energized by seeing team members succeed as a result of your support.

Listing Agent
This is a commission-based opportunity, meaning your earning potential is limitless! A successful listing agent won’t shy away from “the grind”, knowing and understanding that their success will be predicated on consistent performance day in and day out. In this role, you will be face to face (or on the phone) with clients and fellow Realtors on a daily basis, so strong communication skills and a solid respect for the importance of customer service is a must!
Showing Partner
This position is collaborative and commission based. As a Showing Partner, you will work closely with a Buyer's Agent on our team to service clients. This will include researching market data where clients are looking, identifying homes that meet the clients' criteria and of course, showing homes! Strong organizational skills and a desire for a high level of communication are a must!
